Zach Holaday is the Head Coach and Program Designer at 9 Degrees in Brownsburg, Indiana. Zach believes that he can change the lives of individuals through functional fitness. His goal is to create long-term lifestyle changes in individuals and inspire them to do things they never thought were possible. Zach believes through commitment and consistency anybody is capable of success at Crossfit 9 Degrees.
Zach is a Level 1 CrossFit Instructor and a USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach. He is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.
Zach specializes in affiliate programming and competitive fitness. He designs programs for other gyms to make sure their athletes see the best results possible. He has dedicated his attention to helping everyone across the world achieve their fitness goals.
- Crossfit Level I Trainer
Leah has been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since May 2015. She first started CrossFitting here at CrossFit 9 Degrees in March 2014. Leah also enjoys volunteering her time with Rock Steady Boxing (Brownsburg), a program for patients with Parkinson’s Disease housed here at CrossFit 9 Degrees. When asked why she has chosen CrossFit as her mode of fitness, Leah states, “Through CrossFit I am constantly challenged, and each day I get stronger both mentally and physically. I stay actively engaged with CrossFit as it is never repetitive, because the WODs are constantly varied. The feeling of satisfaction after completing a WOD is addictive. I have learned to push myself to my limits and beyond. As a coach, I love that CrossFit is for anyone, no matter what their physical abilities are, as anything can be modified. CrossFit has shown me I am capable of so much more than I had ever imagined.”

Erin has been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since September 2014. Erin began her CrossFit journey back in early 2014. When asked why she chose CrossFit over other fitness programs Erin stated, “I always enjoy coming into the box. Each workout challenges me mentally and physically. I’ve learned to push myself to lift heavier, move faster, and endure more. I love the community and friendships I’ve formed inside and outside of the box. The members at CrossFit 9 Degrees challenge me to be a better coach.” Erin is passionate about motivating individuals to reach their maximum potential.

Since I was a kid, service of others has been a huge role in my life. My father was a police officer, so seeing him dedicate his life to others was always a factor. After high school I decided to follow in a similar path, so I joined the Army in 2005, to serve my country, including various deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2012 I developed a love for personal training by training military members who had extra goals and it was a great joy to help them accomplish those goals. In late 2013, I had a decision to make, and it was a difficult decision, but I decided to move on and was Honorably Discharged in 2014, but my desire to serve others was still there. I truly love training others and enjoy every minute of it! I live by the saying, “Never trade what you want most, for what you want in the moment”, and what I want most if the best for everyone.
