Hi! I am Coach Sam and I am the Head Bootcamp Instructor at 9 Degrees. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30am. The class will consist of HIIT, strength, and fun/ challenging finishers. Bootcamp’s purpose is to challenge you to work for the entire hour, focusing on endurance, strength, and power. Every day will be different, and I am excited to keep you on your toes!
