At CrossFit 9 Degrees, we’re proud to have an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated coaching team. Led by owner Zach Holaday, a Level 3 CrossFit Coach, our staff includes certified CrossFit trainers, competitive athletes, and specialists in functional fitness. Many of our coaches have been training for over a decade and bring a mix of high-level expertise, dry humor, and a no-nonsense approach to fitness. Whether you’re a first-timer or training for competition, our team will meet you where you are and help you level up.
Our 7,500 sq. ft. facility is designed for performance, progress, and community. With a large open training space, an upstairs turf area for sled work, and a dedicated mobility/yoga room, we provide everything you need to push your limits. We also have private office spaces, one of which is used for a podcast lounge, helping us stay connected with our fitness community in new and exciting ways.
We’ve stocked CrossFit 9 Degrees with top-of-the-line functional training equipment to ensure you have everything needed for an elite workout. Our gym features Concept 2 rowers, Echo bikes, SkiErgs, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, sleds, and conditioning tools, with 10 of each conditioning machine to ensure all athletes get their own station. Whether you’re tackling a WOD, training for Hyrox, or focusing on Olympic lifting, you’ll have access to competition-grade equipment designed for real results.
